Loyola University Retreat & Ecology Campus 2710 S. Country Club Road Woodstock, IL 60098 Relax. Reflect. Refuel. Welcome to 100 acres of prairies, savannas, woodlands, wetlands, and ponds- otherwise known as Loyola University Chicago's Retreat and Ecology Campus. Located in beautiful Woodstock, Ill., this retreat facility welcomes guests to visit our ecologically friendly campus and experience the great outdoors through a multitude of interactive team building activities. The Retreat and Ecology Campus provides a serene setting for overnight conferences, retreats, workshops, classes, and special events, while allowing individuals to connect intellectually, spiritually, and through nature. There are plenty of locals here to assist! _______ This is a retreat-style workshop where all participants are encouraged to stay onsite. Below, you will find that our venue's accommodations offer the best value. OVERNIGHT RETREAT PACKAGE RATE INCLUDES • Up to three daily meals in the dining room • Overnight housing accommodations in hotel style rooms Contemporary rooms with two double beds, desk, dresser, private bath/ shower, and air conditioning. • Single occupancy nightly rate, $110+tax/person (meals are included in this rate!) • Double occupancy nightly rate, $90+tax/person (most of this rate is for your MEALS!) • Free Parking Upon registration payment (or deposit towards the workshop fee), we will ask for your retreat package preferences: • Arrival and departure dates - workshops begin Saturday morning and end Sunday afternoon - we will arrange a get together Friday night for those arriving Friday!) • Single or double occupancy - 2 people maximum per room; the rate isn't much cheaper with a roommate because *meals* are the majority of the rate! • Roommate name, if applicable • Food allergies/restrictions • Other special needs Payment plan preferences (balance must be paid in full 60 days in advance of the event) PayPal fees will already be included in your invoice total We intentionally host smaller size classes in order to best accommodate a variety of needs and preferences. |

Each workshop is limited to 20 students. The Early Bird workshop weekend package price (4 workshops) is $260. A la carte/individual workshop registration will open up later if space allows.

FARM TOUR & FARM TO TABLE DINNER
For those interested in additional activities at the retreat campus, we can arrange a farm tour ($15 per person) and/or a farm to table dinner ($88 per person). Additionally, downtown Woodstock is minutes away with quaint shops, restaurants, and pubs. We're happy to coordinate carpools around town!
